Terms of Sale and Use.

1. Who we are
These terms apply to your purchase of the Disclosure Toolkit (the "Toolkit") from Hayley Anne Houselander, ABN 72 879 079 794, trading as Boardroom to Birth Suite and B2BS ("B2BS", "we", "us"). Contact us at hayley@boardroomtobirthsuite.com.au. By buying the Toolkit you agree to these terms.
2. What you are buying
The Toolkit is a set of downloadable PDF documents: The Pregnancy Disclosure Playbook and 12 standalone scripts, templates, worksheets and checklists. It is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you. It is described on our sales page at /disclosure. If the contents change before you buy, the sales page shows the current list.
3. Price and payment
The price is $47 AUD, charged once. GST is not charged because we are not registered for GST. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
4. Access and delivery
Access is available straight after your payment is confirmed. We confirm payment on our server before showing the download area. If you do not get access within 30 minutes, contact us at hayley@boardroomtobirthsuite.com.au with the email address you used at checkout and we will fix it.
Your access link stays valid for at least 12 months from purchase. You can download the files and keep them forever.
5. Your licence to use the Toolkit
When you buy the Toolkit we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, save, print and use it for your own use. You own your copy of the files, but we keep the copyright in them.
You must not resell, share, upload, publish, rebrand or give away the Toolkit or any part of it, including to colleagues or in a group chat or online community. You may quote short extracts for personal commentary or review with credit to B2BS. Contact us if you would like to use it for a team or a workplace program.
6. General information only
The Toolkit is general information and communication strategy. It is not legal, employment, medical, financial or HR advice, and we are not your lawyer. Your rights and entitlements depend on your circumstances, your employment contract, your award or enterprise agreement and the law that applies at the time. Laws change. If you need advice about your situation, contact the Fair Work Ombudsman, the Australian Human Rights Commission, or an employment lawyer.
We cannot promise any outcome from using the Toolkit. How a conversation goes depends on you, your workplace and many things we do not control.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product we supply is not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are also entitled to have it fixed. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Note: the wording above tracks the standard ACL notice. Your lawyer should confirm exact wording.
8. Refunds and guarantee
14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email hayley@boardroomtobirthsuite.com.au within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the $47. No reason needed. We may ask you to delete your copies. This is in addition to your ACL rights.
How we process refunds: refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. You will receive the full $47 back. Banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. Where a refund is given, we may switch off your download access.
9. Your responsibilities
Use the Toolkit lawfully and for yourself. Keep your access link private. Do not try to get around the download protections. If we think a link is being shared, we may disable it.
10. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from your use of the Toolkit, including loss of employment, income or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law does not let us exclude liability for a consumer guarantee failure, our liability is limited, where the law allows, to resupplying the Toolkit or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Lawyer to confirm this clause is enforceable and fair, given the consumer guarantees and the unfair contract terms rules.
11. Intellectual property
B2BS, Boardroom to Birth Suite, the logo and the Toolkit content are owned by Hayley Anne Houselander or used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
13. Changes to these terms and to the Toolkit
We may update these terms and the Toolkit. Updated terms apply to purchases made after the change. We may update the Toolkit files. Updated versions are not included in your purchase, and we do not promise free updates.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If you have a complaint, contact us first at hayley@boardroomtobirthsuite.com.au and we will try to fix it. You also have the right to contact your state or territory consumer protection agency or the ACCC.
